Our innovative approach and scalable platforms are transforming logistics for the modern world.Website: Overview:The Customer Success Associate will report to the Head of FO vertical and act as a bridge between fleet owners and the company. This role will be responsible for managing the entire customer life-cycle—from on-boarding to retention—while ensuring business growth and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, transportation, or cement / automobile related sectors such as telematics, logistics, and transportation.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the key point of contact for fleet owners, managing all aspects of their engagement with the company.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the fleet business and manage their expectations effectively.- Understand fleet owners’ business needs, provide consultative solutions, and align company offerings accordingly.- Identify opportunities for business growth within the fleet owner segment and provide insights to the sales team.- Keep a close watch on market trends, competition, and strategic business shifts to maintain a competitive edge.- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the company’s products and services, ensuring customers derive maximum value.- Train fleet owners and their teams on product utilization and adoption.- Develop and execute account success plans to maximize product usage, customer retention, and repeat business.- Work with data analytic to provide actionable insights that help fleet owners optimize their operations.- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement.Requirements:- A graduate from a reputable institution (B.
