**Purpose of the role**:
The **Lead Agile Coach **will be responsible for leading the adoption and implementation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies across the D&AI function of TVSM and in the broader organization. This role involves coaching teams, facilitating Agile capability development, process adherence and ensuring that best-in
- class Agile practices are internalized and practiced driving both business results & culture of ‘speed and agility’ for all of its stakeholders.

**Role Description**:

- SAFe Methodology Implementation Lead the adoption and implementation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies across the organization, embracing the Lean-Agile Mindset which forms the cornerstone of a new way of working and an enhanced company culture that enables Business Agility
- Agile Coaching Coach ARTs/squads in Agile concepts, practices, and behaviors, ensuring alignment with the Agile Manifesto and Lean Thinking principles
- Provide hands-on support to all leaders, managers, employees, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile, fostering an environment of learning and growth
- Continuous Improvement (PDCA/Breakthroughs) Identify areas for improvement and drive changes to increase efficiency and productivity, pursuing perfection in value delivery to the customer
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus, precisely specifying value by product and making value flow without interruptions
- Drive the adoption and maturity of SAFe practices and improvements aligned to the overall Agile Maturity Model
- Implement initiatives to enhance speed and agility around deliverables from Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Training and Development Develop and deliver SAFe training materials, preparing employees for certification to validate their knowledge and expand their professional and Agile capabilities
- Guide teams in the creation and management of their backlogs, roadmaps, and plans for Agile Release Trains (ARTs), allowing the customer to pull value from the producer
- Capability Development for key Role Players Coordinate with ART Leaders, RTEs, PO’s, PM’s and Scrum Masters to align efforts and share best practices, leveraging collaboration templates and real-time work with teams
- Support the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to delight customers, leading by example and embodying the principles of Lean-Agile leadership
- Establish communities of practice for all the key role players of SAFe methodology
- Oversight and Management of Agile Coaches Oversee the work of other Agile Coaches, ensuring consistency and quality in Agile coaching across the organization
- Manage the onboarding, development and performance of Agile Coaches (int./ext.)

Establish a community of practice for Agile Coaches to share insights, challenges, and best practices

- Jira/BigPicture Adoption Ensure the adoption and effective usage of Jira/BigPicture as the source of truth for all Agile ARTs, their performance, and process adherence
- Facilitate 100% adoption of SAFe by all of its role players, including ART leaders, RTEs, Architects, POs, PMs, SMs, and development teams, through Jira/BigPicture
