**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Project Manager in **planning, coordinating, and monitoring Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects** including HT/LT lines, substations, transformers, and distribution networks.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of T&D projects.
- Track project schedules, monitor work progress, and report deviations to management.
- Review **drawings, BOQ, work orders, and material consumption sheets** related to T&D projects.
- Support procurement team for timely availability of electrical materials such as conductors, insulators, switchgear, and cables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including work schedules, site reports, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and MIS updates.
- Ensure compliance with **safety, quality, and regulatory standards** as per electrical industry norms.
- Liaise with **clients, utility companies, and statutory authorities** for approvals, inspections, and certifications.
- Support billing and measurement teams by validating site progress and quantity checks.
- Identify risks in project execution and escalate critical issues to management.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of **Transmission & Distribution (HT/LT lines, substations, transformers, and distribution networks)**.
- Familiarity with **electrical codes, safety standards, and utility regulations**.
- Proficiency in **MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems**.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and ensure timely delivery.
- **3-6 years of experience** in **Transmission & Distribution projects (utilities, EPC, or contracting firms)**.
- Diploma/Degree in **Electrical Engineering** (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in **project coordination, site management, and client interaction**.
- Knowledge of **material specifications and vendor management** in T&D works.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
