Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation:

- Drive digital sales growth by implementing effective strategies and initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.

2. Deal Closing:

- Lead the team in successfully closing digital sales deals with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes.

3. Client Meetings:

- Conduct impactful client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

4. Events Attendance:

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
- Utilize events as platforms for lead generation and brand exposure.

5. Sales Pitch:

- Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase our digital solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align pitches with the overall brand strategy.

6. Lead Generation:

- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital

marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to fuel the sales pipeline.

7. Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate the digital sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel
