**Job Summary**

The Operation Executive ensures efficient daily operations by managing processes, coordinating with departments, and implementing improvements. This role involves overseeing workflows, enhancing productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Coordinate with departments and address operational issues.
- Assist in project management and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare performance reports.
- Client Co-ordination, Mail drafting

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.(**Any Background**)
- Previous experience in operations or similar role.(**Freshers Can also Apply**)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and operational tools.
