**Position Overview**:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing guidance over calls, and maintaining accurate user data. This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can ensure smooth communication and operational processes. You will play a vital role in helping our customers have a stress-free flight experience while maintaining high standards of data management and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, guide customers through the process of flight bookings, and assist them with travel-related queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.
- **Data Handling**: Maintain and manage customer data efficiently in the company's system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow, handle any ad-hoc tasks, and support the team in achieving operational goals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams to provide seamless customer service and ensure all client needs are met.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, data management, and customer support to improve overall efficiency.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, or related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- **Client Handling**: Strong interpersonal skills and empathy in dealing with clients over calls and resolving their queries.
- **Data Management**: Proficiency in handling and managing data with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and any CRM software is preferred.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to think on your feet and provide quick and effective solutions to client concerns.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking ability, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach to ensure smooth collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
