Job Responsibility:
Results: Building Operation capabilities & Capacity to handle future requirement and building it more productive, agile then today. Start working on building Organization excellence needed in 2+ year today.

How: Building operational excellence plan
- Identifying various operational bottlenecks with respect to needed growth
- Working on futuristic technology development to make operation agile and easily scaleable
- Various machining technology
- 3D printing technology - metal and plastic
- Metal pressure diecasting - for brass and alloys
- MIM
- Alternate technologies for metal welding
- Press parts & its possibilities
- Researching new suppliers for fast proto typing
- Supply chain excellence with respect to material coming from supplier. Building system for supplier performance monitoring and production plan monitoring at supplier end. Follow up mechanism and methods
- DDMRP implementation and streamlining
- Working on operational excellence model which reduce our order to delivery turn around time to less then 1 week for MTO items
- Working on project management model where lead time is reduced to half from current level as per various difficulty levels
- Working on building various AI algorithm for making processes robust
- Working on workshop excellence with IOT 4.0 deployment so that we have all processes are in full control with complete visibility
- Working on reducing variable RM cost for strategic products to improve GP on the same
- Quality improvement initiatives by going deep and working on developing high level POKAYOKE
- Identifying automation partners for building futuristic lines
- Designing world class manufacturing facility from scratch - Layout to execution

**Salary**: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
