**Job Purpose**:
To manage and oversee all activities related to **Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal**, ensuring smooth execution of registration, product listing, bidding, tender participation, and order fulfillment to maximize business opportunities from government departments and PSUs.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. **GeM Portal Management**
- l Register and update company profile, products, and services on GeM portal.
- l Regularly update product specifications, pricing, and certifications.
- l Monitor GeM notifications and circulars for relevant business opportunities.

2. **Tendering & Bidding**
- l Identify, evaluate, and participate in bids/tenders on the GeM portal.
- l Prepare and submit technical & financial bids as per guidelines.
- l Coordinate with management for approval of tenders and pricing strategies.
- l Ensure timely submission of all required documents and compliance with GeM norms.

3. **Order Processing & Coordination**
- l Handle purchase orders received via GeM portal.
- l Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely supply and delivery.
- l Track invoices and payment status from government departments.

4. **Compliance & Documentation**
- l Maintain and organize all documents related to GeM registration, tenders, and transactions.
- l Ensure compliance with GeM policies, rules, and statutory requirements.
- l Prepare MIS reports on bids, orders, and payments for management review.

5. **Relationship Management**
- l Liaise with government officials, buyers, and stakeholders for smooth execution of orders.
- l Build strong relationships to expand opportunities through GeM.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- l Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Engineering (preferred).
- l 1-3 years of experience in **GeM portal management, e-tendering, or government procurement**.
- l Strong knowledge of GeM processes, bidding, and compliance.
- l Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tendering portals.
- l Good communication and negotiation skills.
- l Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,173.34 - ₹34,612.50 per month
