**Job Summary**:
The GEM Portal Operator is responsible for managing and operating all procurement and sales activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The role involves uploading products, bidding for tenders, tracking orders, and ensuring full compliance with government procurement norms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage company profile on the GEM portal.
- Upload products/services with detailed specifications and pricing.
- Monitor and participate in bids, reverse auctions, and direct purchase orders.
- Handle documentation for registration, product listing, and bidding (technical and financial).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of bids.
- Track order status, ensure timely dispatch, and handle post-order documentation.
- Respond to buyer queries and ensure smooth communication with government departments.
- Keep updated with GEM guidelines, circulars, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, bids, contracts, and order transactions.
- Generate and analyse reports on sales, bid status, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or IT preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience operating the GEM portal.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with tendering, e-bidding, and documentation processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,991.63 - ₹34,689.77 per month
