We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter with knowledge of the US IT Industry and Education System, to support our client needs. **Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling any IT/ Non-IT requirements from US-based clients.
- Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants.
- Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
- Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as the required number of placements.
- **Required Skills**:_
- **Graduate (Any Stream)**
- **Must have strong communication skills**
- **Should be able to articulate and have great analytic and problem-solving skills**
- **Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.**
- _Shift:_ US (NIGHT) Shift (06:00 PM - 04:00 AM IST)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
