We are looking for US IT / Non-IT Recruiters with 0 to 5 years of experience to work from Vadodara, India. This will be an individual contributor role handling real-time end-to-end US recruitment/staffing.

Employment Type - Full-time
Basic Qualifications:
10+2 with Fluent Written and oral skills in English.
Willing to work in Night shifts
Roles:
Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Work on strategic global hiring programs.
Procure people for different IT / Non-IT Requirements.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.( Added advantage )

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
