**Position Overview**: As a US Recruiter at LanceSoft, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing IT and engineering professionals for our US-based clients. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and develop a career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Coordination**: Work closely with senior recruiters and clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of IT and engineering roles and industry terminology.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) to align with EST business hours.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
