
Front Office Executive Admin

_reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks_
- _answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments_
- _scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events_
- _greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner_
- _handling enquiries and sorting mail_
- _copying, scanning and filing documents_
- _keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements_
**Education and professional qualifications**
- _bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration to a related course_
- _Min 1 year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred_
- _excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools_
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
Work Location: In person
