**Job Overview**:
The Travel Package Creator is responsible for designing and developing attractive travel packages that cater to various customer needs and preferences. This role involves researching destinations, negotiating with service providers, and ensuring all packages offer excellent value, unique experiences, and align with the company's brand and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Package Development**:

- Design and create comprehensive travel packages including accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions.
- Ensure packages cater to a variety of target markets including luxury, budget, family, adventure, and more.
- Develop themed travel packages (e.g., wellness retreats, culinary tours, adventure trips, etc.).
- **Research and Planning**:

- Conduct thorough research on destinations, trends, and customer preferences.
- Identify and establish relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
- Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and competitor offerings.
- **Cost Management**:

- Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining high quality.
- Prepare cost analyses and budget projections for travel packages.
- Monitor and manage budget to maximize profitability.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional material for packages.
- Write detailed itineraries and descriptions for use in brochures, websites, and other marketing channels.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide pre-sales support by answering inquiries about travel packages.
- Assist in the booking process and handle any special requests or modifications.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve future offerings.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all packages comply with local and international travel regulations and safety standards.
- Keep up-to-date with travel advisories and ensure customers are informed of any potential risks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
