- **Package Development**:

- Design and create comprehensive travel packages including accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions.
- Ensure packages cater to a variety of target markets including luxury, budget, family, adventure, and more.
- Develop themed travel packages (e.g., wellness retreats, culinary tours, adventure trips, etc.).
- **Research and Planning**:

- Conduct thorough research on destinations, trends, and customer preferences.
- Identify and establish relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
- Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and competitor offerings.
- **Cost Management**:

- Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining high quality.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional material for packages.
