**Office Timings**:11:00 AM - 8:30 PM **| Weekly Off**: Monday (6-day workweek)

**With a growing customer base and trusted legacy, we are looking to expand our telecalling sales team in Kolkata. If you’re a confident communicator who thrives in a consultative selling role, this is your opportunity to grow in a niche, high-value sales domain.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Consultative Telecalling - Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product.
- Understand Customer Needs - Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations.
- Explain Product Value - Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.
- Drive Sales - Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- CRM & Follow-ups - Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.
- Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales
- Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations.
- Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.
