**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Reports to**: [Sales Manager/Team Lead]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads and prospects through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field
- 0-5 years of sales experience (fresher’s with a strong desire to learn and grow are welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
