1. **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of all real estate-related materials, supplies, and equipment stored on-site or in designated storage areas.

2. **Procurement**: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials, office supplies, marketing materials, and other necessary items.

3. **Stock Replenishment**: Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and ensure smooth operations.

4. **Quality Control**: Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications, rejecting any items that do not meet standards.

5. **Storage Organization**: Organize and optimize storage spaces to maximize efficiency and accessibility, ensuring that materials are stored safely and securely.

6. **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, deliveries, and stock adjustments.

7. **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and storage conditions for management review.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: Graduate in any stream or additional certification or training in inventory management or supply chain management is a plus.

2. **Experience**: Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. (Min 6 moths-1 year)

3. **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4. **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

5. **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve store operations.

7. **Teamwork**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

8. **Adaptability**: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

9. **Integrity**: High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

**10. Salary**: up to 17k (totally depends on interview).
