**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Support in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Gain exposure to HR best practices and industry trends in talent acquisition.

**Learning & Development Opportunities**:

- Gain exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Learn from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Receive training in recruitment tools, ATS, and HR software.
- Participate in team discussions and gain insights into talent strategy and organizational growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹180,465.26 per year
