**Responsibilities (the fun part)**:

- **Become a Design Maestro**: Crack the design code with design managers and product designers to understand our top-secret play projects.
- **Unleash Your Inner Artist**: Craft eye-popping graphics/illustrations and packaging that'll make jaws drop.
- **Board Game Boss Mode**: Design board layouts for board games, jigsaw puzzles and packaging that'll have everyone hooked.
- **Software Samurai**: Must have skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) along with other Design software to turn your designs into reality pixel power.
- **Branding Brainiac**: Make sure everything looks cohesive across the entire game, like a perfectly matched super-suit

Qualifications (the must-haves):

- **Degree Dynamo**: Possess a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or something equally impressive. (_Your skills matter more than a degree_)
- **Portfolio Powerhouse**: Show us your design skills with a killer portfolio (_Oh yes, self-made project totally counts_).
- **Software Savvy**: Be a whiz with design software (_Illustrator, Corel Draw, Procreate, Canva, you name it_).
- **Design Sensei**: Have a solid understanding of design fundamentals and principles (_Ahem, the secret language of a designer_).
- **Puzzle & Board Game Prodigy**: Have a passion for games that rivals the fiercest competitor (_inner kid = unleashed_).
- **Team Player Extraordinaire**: Work independently and collaborate like a dream team (_Avengers Assemble... for design_).
- **Bonus Points**: Experience in design is a major plus, but your passion is the real superpower
