**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print materials, including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging visual content.
- Design logos, branding elements, and promotional materials that enhance brand identity.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different media.
- Work with various stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new design tools to enhance creativity.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in web design and familiarity with **Figma** or **Sketch**.
- Knowledge of **HTML/CSS** basics for web-based designs.
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
