**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our websites, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials. You'll collaborate with our marketing and development teams to translate concepts into engaging visual experiences that drive results.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop visually appealing web pages and landing pages that align with our brand guidelines.
- Create original graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements for web use.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile).
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to execute design concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all web design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
- Optimize images and visual assets for web performance.
- Assist in A/B testing to improve design effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and UI/UX best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (preferred).

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with Figma or Sketch.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web design.
