**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic designing while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to: websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
