Network and prospect to find potential clients and sell them on the benefits of using our agency
- Travel to properties with clients to show off the features of each home and help them compare different properties based on their needs
- Assist clients in developing “wish lists” of features they want in their homes
- Guide clients through the process of staging and preparing their homes for sale
- Negotiate contracts so the terms are as favorable as possible for the client (and while consulting with real estate lawyers when necessary)
- Advise clients on the potential profit margins of investment properties based on comps
- Put together comps for buyers and sellers to consider
- Host open houses for clients who are motivated to sell their homes
- Minimum one year experience in residential real estate sales
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented nature
- This job based on revenue sharing basis in profit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹128,821.21 - ₹540,135.49 per year
Schedule:
