**Sr Purchase Executive**

**Purchase Executive for Apartment Construction Company**

Job Description: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement and supply chain activities for our apartment building projects. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers, striving for favorable terms and cost savings.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in quantities, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports.
- Track and manage inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize stock levels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Adhere to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and market conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction materials, specifications, and industry standards.
