**Job Title**: Telecaller (Female) - Digital Marketing Company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain our digital marketing services.
- Maintain and update a database of client information, calls made, and follow-up details.
- Handle client inquiries and provide relevant information about our services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team as needed.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize calling strategies and support campaign efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening ability and a persuasive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and call tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
