- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for customer engagement, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products/services.
- Follow-up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Explain product features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
