**Job Title: Admission Counselor**
**Location: Mumbai**

**Role Overview**:
As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding working professionals through the enrollment process for our various courses and programs. You will engage with prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, and provide personalized guidance to help them make informed decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and offerings, addressing any queries or concerns raised by prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and student support to ensure a seamless experience for students throughout their journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and recommendations to prospective students.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is required for this role. If not from the EdTech industry, then 2 years of specific experience in sales is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse audience of working professionals.
- Strong sales acumen and customer-centric approach, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required. A background in education, sales, or related fields is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working days: 6 days a week
- Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai
- Interview Type: Face-to-Face (F2F)
- Age: Up to 30 years

**Compensation**:

- Fixed Salary: Up to 8 LPA
- Variable Component: Up to 4 LPA (An average 10-30% of the hike could be expected based on performance)
