KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- Efficiently manage the pantry section and ensure timely preparation of mise-en-place for service.
- Perform high-quality chopping, cutting, and preparation of vegetables and garnishes, maintaining hygiene standards.
- Prepare cold dishes, salads, beverages, and accompaniments as per restaurant menu.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operation

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Proficient in **chopping and food prep techniques** as per restaurant standards.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and coordination with service captains.
- Energetic and disciplined with attention to cleanliness and detail.
