**Opportunity for a Commis 2 (Indian/Continental) for a High-End Client in Gujarat (Vadodara)**
We are seeking a skilled Commis 2 chef, specializing in Indian and Continental cuisine, to work for a high-end client in Gujarat, specifically in Vadodara. The salary will be based on experience, and both food and accommodation will be provided.

**Responsibilities of the Chef for Cooking for a Personal Client with Health Conditions**:

- **Customized Meal Planning**: Design and prepare meals tailored to the client's specific dietary needs and health conditions.
- **Nutritional Balance**: Ensure that all meals are nutritionally balanced, focusing on ingredients that support the client’s overall health and well-being.
- **Health-Conscious Cooking Techniques**: Use cooking methods that preserve the nutritional value of food, such as steaming, grilling, or baking, while avoiding unhealthy fats, excessive salt, and sugar.
- **Fresh and Seasonal Ingredients**: Source and select fresh, seasonal, and organic ingredients, prioritizing high-quality produce that aligns with the client’s health goals.
- **Dietary Restrictions**: Follow any dietary restrictions or physician recommendations, including any low-sodium, low-fat, gluten-free, or sugar-free diets.
- **Meal Variety**: Prepare a variety of dishes that are both flavorful and in line with the client's dietary requirements, ensuring that meals do not become monotonous.
- **Sanitation and Food Safety**: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen, ensuring the health and safety of the client.
- **Flexibility**: Be adaptable to changes in the client’s dietary needs or preferences, ensuring quick adjustments to the meal plan if necessary.

1 to 2 years of experience working in a restaurant or hotel.

Salary as per industry standards, with accommodation and food provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
