As we expand our talented team, we are looking for a passionate and skilled **Pastry Chef Commis II (Female)** to join our dynamic bakery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Pastry Chef and senior team members in preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
- Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards for consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support in the creation and decoration of cakes, tarts, and specialty desserts.
- Manage the storage of ingredients and ensure proper labeling and stock rotation.
- Participate in team briefings and contribute ideas for menu innovation and improvements.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Proven experience in a pastry or bakery environment (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Certification or diploma in culinary arts or pastry-making is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and ingredients.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative flair for dessert presentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and commitment to quality.
