Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and retain customers by providing excellent service
- Deliver a best-in-class experience to the customer.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Able to do Multi Tasking.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
Should be fluent in the Telugu (mandatory), Tamil,Hindi & English.

Knowing other languages like Tamil, Marathi & Kannada are additional benefits.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Intermediate Microsoft skills (excel, word, PowerPoint).

Typing Speed - 25 wpm (Please clear this in Initial round)
