What we're looking for…
ScienceLogic is seeking an experienced, data-driven SEO, CRO, and GEO Specialist to lead and scale our organic growth, on-site engagement, and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies that increase organic search rankings, drive high-intent traffic, and optimize on-site user experience to improve conversion rates.
This role operates at the intersection of search behavior, user experience, and AI-driven discovery—helping us optimize not only for search engines but for the next generation of generative search tools.

What you'll be doing…
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive SEO, GEO, and CRO strategies to enhance visibility across search engines and generative AI platforms, increase website engagement, and drive measurable business growth.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content, to align with SEO best practices and improve user experience.
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with the development team to ensure website architecture, coding, and structure are optimized for search engines.
- GEO Optimization: Design and implement strategies to increase discoverability through AI-driven experiences (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot, Perplexity). Optimize structured data, summaries, and content for generative results.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO and GEO principles are integrated into content development from ideation to publication.
- Link Building: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- CRO Implementation: Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to test hypotheses and implement conversion-focused improvements on landing pages and key site paths.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO, GEO, and CRO performance using tools like Google Analytics, heatmapping platforms, and SEO tools. Translate insights and actionable next steps that directly impact marketing KPIs
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, generative AI advancements in SEO, and CRO technologies to ensure strategies remain effective.
Qualities you possess…
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SEO and CRO, with a demonstrated history of improving search rankings, driving organic traffic, and optimizing user journeys.
- Hands-on experience with AI-influenced search technologies such as Search Generative Experience (SGE) or Bing Copilot.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and CRO platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, structured data, GEO, and CRO best practices.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management platforms.
- Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and other diagnostic tools.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or CRO-related programs.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech markets.
- Proven ability to scale organic traffic through programmatic SEO or hub-spoke content architectures.
