Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Analyst to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to start a career in the dynamic field of Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO practices and a strong desire to learn and grow. You will work closely with a team of experienced SEO analysts, assisting with various tasks related to SEO and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • *SEO Task Execution:*
    Perform essential SEO tasks as directed by senior analysts, which may include:

○ Conducting basic keyword research to identify new opportunities.

○ Performing basic on-page optimizations (e.g., title tags, meta descriptions, etc.) ○ Setting up and configuring accounts for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Listings Management, and SEO metric reporting dashboards.

○ Generating content at the requests of SEO Analysts and Digital Marketing Account Managers

○ Identifying and fixing broken links or other basic technical SEO issues. ○ Helping the team roll out SEO and digital marketing updates at scale. ●
Troubleshooting:
Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that may affect client websites' SEO performance.

  • *Learning & Development:*
    Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Participate in training sessions and learn from senior team members.
  • *Collaboration:*
    Work effectively with the SEO team and other departments (e.g., content, web development) to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console is a plus. ● Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to follow directions. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. ● A curious and proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning. ● Coding knowledge (HTML, CSS) is not required but is considered a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • This is an entry-level position; minimal to no professional SEO experience is required. Relevant coursework, certifications, or personal projects are highly valued.
