SEO Executive – Job Overview

Nova Institute of Medical Sciences and Medical Research Centre is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, boosting organic traffic, and optimizing content across all platforms. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, knowledge of SEO tools, and experience with on-page and off-page optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, internal linking, URL optimization, and content optimization.
  • Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and directory submissions.
  • Track, analyse, and report website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with content writers and designers for SEO-friendly content.
  • Monitor daily rankings and organic traffic trends.
  • Optimize website loading speed and overall technical performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance website visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive / SEO Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs / MOZ
  • Screaming Frog (optional)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress (added advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
