**Details of Executive - Inside Sales Program**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engaging and educating customers on product usage
- Communicating with the clients and sales representatives
- Conveying the brand information to customers and responding to their questions or inquiries that arise
- Responsible for daily or monthly sales targets
- Resolving complaints of the customers from their card usage experience
- Coordinate with other related departments in achieving the goal whenever required.
**Job Requirement**:
- Ability to connect with customers and convert leads to sales
- Ability to absorb, understand and articulate the brand and product’s information effectively to consumers **Excellent customer service skills**:
- Ability to relate with people from different backgrounds
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
