**Job Summary**:
The Co-Living Studio Room Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, tenant satisfaction, occupancy management, and maintenance of a co-living property. This role ensures smooth functioning of the facility, maximizes occupancy, and maintains a welcoming community environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Property Operations & Maintenance**
- Oversee day-to-day property management activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and amenities.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for repairs and upkeep.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all spaces.
2. **Tenant Management**
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of tenants (check-ins and check-outs).
- Address tenant concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly.
- Mediate conflicts and foster a harmonious co-living environment.
- Maintain updated tenant records and agreements.
3. **Occupancy & Leasing**
- Market available studio rooms through online platforms, brokers, and social media.
- Manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and convert leads into tenants.
- Ensure high occupancy rates and mínimal vacancy periods.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
4. **Community Engagement**
- Organize community events and activities to build tenant interaction.
- Promote a positive and inclusive living environment.
- Gather feedback from residents and suggest improvements.
5. **Financial Management**
- Collect rent and deposits in a timely manner.
- Track and report income, expenses, and budget variances.
- Manage utility billing, service charges, and petty cash.
6. **Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with local housing laws, health and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and certifications (fire safety, occupancy limits, etc.).
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and emergency plans.
7. **Technology & Systems**
- Use property management software for bookings, tenant communication, and reporting.
- Maintain digital logs for maintenance requests, payments, and occupancy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Freelance
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
