
Property Sales Executive

A PG/Co-Living Studio Room Sales Property Manager plays a critical role in managing, marketing, and ensuring the efficient operation of co-living spaces or paying guest accommodations. Their responsibilities revolve around sales, customer service, property upkeep, and tenant management. We are looking for sales executives who have worked in companies like zolo ; Co live ; Helloworld ; stanza. They should have atleast 6 Monrhs
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing:
'¢ Promote the property through online and offline channels (real estate websites, social media, local listings, etc.).
'¢ Drive tenant acquisition by highlighting the property's features and amenities.
'¢ Manage inquiries, schedule site visits, and convert leads into bookings.
'¢ Develop partnerships with local businesses or universities to attract tenants.
'¢ Maintain competitive pricing based on market research and demand.
2. Tenant Management:
'¢ Handle tenant onboarding, including documentation, contracts, and orientation.
'¢ Address tenant queries, complaints, or concerns promptly.
'¢ Ensure compliance with house rules and regulations.
'¢ Conduct regular feedback sessions to improve tenant satisfaction.
3. Property Maintenance and Upkeep:
'¢ Ensure the property is clean, functional, and well-maintained.
'¢ Coordinate regular inspections for plumbing, electrical systems, and other infrastructure.
'¢ Oversee housekeeping, security, and other facility services.
'¢ Manage service requests and liaise with maintenance teams or vendors for repairs.
4. Financial Management:
'¢ Manage rental collections and maintain proper financial records.
'¢ Track expenses related to maintenance, utilities, and other operational costs.
'¢ Prepare budgets for property operations and improvements.
5. Legal and Compliance:
'¢ Ensure tenant agreements comply with local laws and regulations.
'¢ Handle renewal of rental agreements and security deposits.
'¢ Keep property documentation up to date, including licenses and permits.
6. Community Building:
'¢ Foster a sense of community by organizing events or activities for tenants.
'¢ Mediate disputes between tenants to maintain harmony.
'¢ Promote a safe and inclusive living environment.
7. Vendor and Staff Management:
'¢ Oversee housekeeping staff, security personnel, and maintenance teams.
'¢ Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with service providers.
'¢ Ensure vendors deliver services on time and at agreed quality standards.
8. Reporting and Analytics:
'¢ Track occupancy rates and identify areas for improvement.
'¢ Generate regular reports on sales, tenant satisfaction, and operational performance.
'¢ Use data to recommend upgrades or changes to improve tenant experience and increase revenue.

Pay: ₹9,967.14 - ₹15,000.00 per month
