Property Caretaker

**Responsibilities**:
1.
- Oversee and ensure cleanliness, functionality, and security of the property.
- Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and technicians for timely service.
- Monitor water, electrical, and general utility systems regularly.
- Greet and assist tenants or guests with basic property-related queries.
- Report incidents or irregularities to the management team.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment related to property upkeep.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in property or facility management preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricals, and general repairs
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Kannada
- Ability to stay on-site or respond promptly during emergencies
- Polite, professional, and trustworthy demeanor

**Salary**: Rs. 15000 to Rs. 18000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
