**Job Title**: Marketing and Sales Executive with Social Media Influencer
**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing and Sales**
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Create and share proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive strategies.
- **Market Research**:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Develop strategies to promote products/services in new and existing markets.
- **Campaign Execution**:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
**Social Media Influencing**
- **Content Creation**:
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Showcase company products/services creatively to attract target audiences.
- **Audience Engagement**:
- Build and grow a strong online presence by engaging with followers and responding to queries.
- Organize giveaways, contests, or live sessions to boost interaction and brand awareness.
- **Brand Advocacy**:
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company and its offerings authentically.
- Leverage personal influence to increase audience reach and trust in the brand.
- **Performance Analysis**:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure campaign success.
- Provide insights for continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Expertise in social media platforms and a good understanding of algorithms and trends.
- Creative content creation skills (text, images, and videos).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for measuring campaign success and generating reports.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite.
- Keen to extensively travel intra & intercity through all modes of transport as job demands
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of trends in the engineering or manufacturing sectors (preferred but not essential).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales and social media marketing is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
