**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate organizations, event planners, and travel agencies, to promote the hotel’s offerings.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with the hotel’s goals, focusing on room bookings, event spaces, and other revenue streams.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- **On-Site Engagement**: Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients, showcasing facilities and services to highlight unique value propositions.
- **Negotiations and Contracts**: Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue maximization.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports to monitor performance and provide insights to management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹10,226.67 - ₹25,000.00 per month
