We enable travel agents to book flights, hotels & holidays conveniently and we provide comprehensive end-to-end on-ground travel services. **We do over INR 1000 crore+ GMV (sales) and are growing rapidly.** Our strong business model and focus on delivering excellent customer experience has facilitated our sustainable growth funded by internal cashflows. **To fuel innovation and growth, we have raised USD 5.5mn+ funds from marquee global investors** **Profile Overview**: **Operations Associate (Rotational Day and Night Shift) **at TravClan is a key role that focuses on managing end-to-end booking and related operations across products while ensuring customer delight and timely deliverables during late/ night hours. As a super energetic and experienced team, we want to enjoy our time together. **What we are looking for: Roles & Responsibilities**: - Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc - Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etc - Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery - Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors. - Ensure customer delight. - Demonstrate multitasking abilities - Has prior experience / is comfortable working in working Night Shifts - Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset - Excellent structured problem-solving ability - Good understanding of different business verticals - Disciplined & Process Oriented - Presence of Mind - Willing to learn more **Check if you fit in the role-You Must-** - Be Customer-Centric - Enjoy speaking to clients on call - Have high ownership to complete your work - Be good at negotiating with suppliers **You Can-** - Improve business acumen - Improve negotiation skills **You Want to-** - Improve business acumen - Improve negotiation skills **This role is not ideal for someone who is-** - not comfortable with **tight timelines/targets**: - not **disciplined to sit and work**: - not **good at resolving customer queries or escalations**: - not comfortable with **long working hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily**: - not excited about **working on Saturdays (6 days a week)** **The Recruitment Process**: **1. Aptitude Test**:The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test. **2.Group Discussion**: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30 minutes group discussion round. **Important Points**: - Office Location - Connaught Place, Delhi. Day shift will be from the office whereas the night shift will be work from home. - Alternate months day and night shift - Work Timings - 9.30 till work gets over.
