Job Title: Lawyer

Location: India (remote)

**Job Type**: Part-time retainer,

Overview: Our company is seeking a Lawyer based in India to join our team on a part-time retainer basis. This role offers approximately 5 hours of work per month, providing legal support and counsel as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer legal advice and guidance on various matters relevant to the company's operations in India.
- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other business-related paperwork.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and providing support in litigation matters, if required.
- Stay updated on changes in Indian laws and regulations impacting the company's operations.
- Provide timely responses to legal inquiries and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized institution.
- Admitted to practice law in India.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Indian legal matters.
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, particularly in areas relevant to business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a limited time frame.
- Experience working in a corporate or business environment preferred.
