**Responsibilities**:

- Program Management: Plan, execute, and manage CPRG’s courses, workshops, fellowships, and research grants, both online and offline.
- Operational Execution: Handle program logistics, registrations, scheduling, and learner engagement.
- Outreach & Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, partnerships, and direct outreach to maximize program participation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with instructors, institutional partners, and participants to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track program performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance impact and learner experience.
- Community Building: Foster an engaged alumni network and create knowledge-sharing platforms for program participants.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
