We're looking for an
Operations Associate
who can be the backbone of our day-to-day functioning. This role is for someone who loves solving problems, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to grow alongside an ambitious company.

What You'll Do

  • Store Operations Support
    : Act as the go-to person for any store-level operational issue (CCTV, speakers, WiFi, POS, lighting, etc.) ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • On-Ground Coordination
    : Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure SOPs are followed and operational excellence is maintained.
  • Cross-Functional Support
    : Be part of the larger company ops team, assisting in logistics, vendor management, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Problem-Solving
    : Identify bottlenecks in daily workflows and proactively find solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    : Maintain checklists, escalate issues on time, and track resolutions.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic systems (WiFi, speakers, etc.).
  • Prior operations or store experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
