**Position Overview**:
An **Operations Associate **ensures smooth workflow by supporting daily operations, streamlining processes, and coordinating between teams. They handle data management, process improvements, and compliance while ensuring efficiency and timely delivery of tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- **Process Coordination**: Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and streamline workflows.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and analyze operational data for accuracy and reporting.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
- **Team Support**: Act as a bridge between departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to boost productivity.
- **Inventory and Resource Management**: Oversee inventory levels and resource allocation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update operational records and process documentation.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.
- **Customer and Vendor Interaction**: Coordinate with clients or suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Working Timings**: 09:30 to 06:30

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
