We are looking for a motivated Business Operations and Strategy Associate to come join our agile team of professionals. As a Business Operations and Strategy Associate, you will focus on supporting our clients through strategic business operations and improving efficiencies across various processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients by supporting the execution of business strategies and ensuring smooth operations.
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline business operations and increase efficiency for clients.

- Prepare and maintain reports on client projects, performance metrics, and operational improvements.
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and resources for client projects to ensure successful execution.
- Proactively identify business challenges and collaborate with the team to propose actionable solutions.
- Analyse business performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to contribute to decision-making.

**Experience**:

- 0 to 6 months of experience.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Freshers with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with business processes, project management, and strategic planning is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with accuracy and a keen eye for detail in all tasks.

**Important Note**:

- This is an onsite Work Opportunity.
- Working days will be - Monday to Saturday.
- Timings will be 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
