About the job

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our operations team. You will be assisting the

knowledge in making reports, documentation and coordinating with different departments.

Operations Associate Job Responsibilities:

- You will be aligned with our Supply Chain and Logistics, Finance vertical and help us in

the system of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved.
- Responsible for making PO, PI through software i.e. Odoo. Handling NDA through

software.
- You will be assisting the team in all the tasks related to operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/ any other relevant degree with 1-2 yrs of experience in operations role.
- Excellent active listening, communication and negotiation skills

POINTERS:

- You will be aligned with our Supply Chain and Logistics, and Finance

vertical, supporting the systems of organizations, people, activities,

information, and resources involved.
- Responsible for creating and tracking Purchase Orders (PO) and

other essential documents through Odoo software.
- Documentation work, including the creation and maintenance of all

agreements (e.g., NDAs) using SpotDraft.
- Dispatch challan (DC) creation and keeping accurate records.
- Collaborate on inter-departmental coordination to streamline

operations.
- Assist the team in all operations-related tasks, including maintaining

reports and providing operational support across the company

Pay: ₹14,433.26 - ₹29,226.37 per month
