**Job Title**: SaaS Sales Executive / SaaS Sales Representative

**Location**: [Bangalore-HSR ]

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consistent engagement and follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide prospective clients with comprehensive information on SaaS solutions.
- Understand the specific needs of each customer and tailor sales pitches to address those needs.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to provide relevant insights to prospects and clients.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate leads and represent the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and services, including how they benefit businesses.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Experience in a tech or software-focused industry.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Pay: ₹9,655.71 - ₹55,588.40 per month
