As a Tele caller in our Sales Department, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting them into sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and assess their needs and interests.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
- **Relationship Building**: Build rapport with prospects and maintain ongoing relationships to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales process to ensure timely progression and closure.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the agriculture domain.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and convey information effectively.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-pressure sales environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the willingness to support team members and contribute to team success.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
