Key Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
  • Promote products/services and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Manage and update customer databases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a target-based role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calling.
